The team at Hydra Plumbing LLC, specifically Christian, was incredibly honest, punctual, skilled, friendly, and prompt, providing excellent service for an unexpected leak that had developed and was causing some water accumulation in my basement. Due to the unexpected nature of this leak, and the fact that it happened on a Sunday, he found the time to come over and fix the issue so my family and I could continue our Sunday ritual on schedule. Before leaving he insisted on ensuring that I had hot water flowing through my pipes with no delay, while also providing honest feedback and price quotes on some future work that he envisions could be beneficial down the line, with no timeline or pressure placed on me as the homeowner. Their residential plumbing services, including water heater maintenance and repair, are truly top-notch and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Went to a technical high school is where my training began but than got more experience as I got older and working for a plumbing company.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of work in high school. I knew I always wanted to work with my hands but didn’t know what trade. But then I came across plumbing. Ever since I did I can say I truly enjoy what I do and everyday is a learning experience to make myself better.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you hire someone that is honest and would go out of his way to make you feel comfortable and at ease when working with the person.
