- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use a standard pricing system is based on the time it takes to complete, I'm looking to make a pay check nothing more when I quote a project. It's based upon covering my time, expenses, and materials if necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally listen the customer description of what they want done. Then suggest the best ways to accomplish the tasks If necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working with my Uncle Richard a carpenter when I was 16 years old on the summer vacation from school. I worked over the years with several companies. I keep up with the latest products and tools available via internet. I have a collection of over 75 technical manuals. I also have a collection of fine woodworking, handyman and architectural digest magazine. I use them for referencing to finding out the best approach to finishing the many different jobs that come up daily in this profession. ..
