- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a new customer for the first time we like to have an in person overview of the work to be done. So that we can make sure of the specifics that needs to be done. We also see for ourselves what we are up against to establish a plan of how we will approach the job.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent project which took about a week, was a family that came to us with the request to finish and repaint some parts of their home which was done so poorly. When completing the task's the joy on the family's faces when we finish was priceless. It is why we love doing what we do! Their ordeal was over and they could finally enjoy their home again!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Most important thing when hiring any provider in your area is to ask them questions and to see their past work. I can't begin to explain the horror stories we have heard from previous clients.
