Benjamin Young

Hello, my name is Benjamin and I currently reside in Stamford, CT. My main job is in politics (ugh, I know) but my passion and enthusiasm is directed towards cooking. I am your basic home cook here to teach and share this knowledge with others who would like to be more capable in the kitchen. My motivation to learn to cook stemmed from the fact the my grandmother and mother will not always be around to cook my favorite dishes for me. With that fear in mind, I learned to make the family dishes that I love (among others) and will always be able to recreate that family taste no matter where I am (don’t tell the my mother and gma but I think my refined recipes are now even better than theirs, though I would have nothing without their guidance). If you are a beginner who has never cut a vegetable before, or are an average Joe who barely knows how to turn the oven on, this class is for you. Cooking is easier than you think and I can show you why.
