My shower tile/grout was 30 years old. It was in ok condition but needed to be cleaned up. Ken did an amazing job. It looks beautiful. In addition, he looked at the 'whole picture.' By that I mean...he pointed out that the shower head and the diverter needed to be caulked...and he did it. He caulked where the tub met the floor. Did he have to? Nope. I would never have been any the wiser. He has a great work ethic. I would highly recommend.

Ken did a great job repair and replacing about 34 crack ceramic tiles. Ken and his son Austin work very hard and and extremely professional. I also hired Ken to clean and recolor my grout to a nice brown color. My floor look great due to the hard work by Ken and his son. Highly recommend his craftmanship.

Ken was excellent. He tackled a very tough job of cleaning and regrouting a master shower with years of rust stain. It took him several more hours than anticipated and he held to his original quoted price. He was professional and did a great job of clean up. Highly recommend and will use Pinnacle again.

Stop looking for anyone else to repair or refurbish your tile or countertop. Ken is the right guy for the job. I highly recommend him.
