- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the home, number of bathrooms, square footage, home condition, pets, and any additional services requested. Standard Cleaning starts at $109. We offer recurring Standard Cleaning discounts: 15% off weekly, 10% off bi-weekly, and 5% off monthly, up to $40 off per cleaning. Recurring discounts apply to the base Standard Cleaning price only and do not apply to add-ons or additional fees. Final pricing is confirmed before service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process simple and stress-free! Once you contact us, we’ll ask a few questions about your home, including the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, home condition, pets, and any special requests or add-ons. We’ll then provide you with an estimate and confirm the details before scheduling your cleaning. On the day of service, our team follows a detailed cleaning checklist to ensure consistent, quality results. After your first cleaning, you can also choose a recurring weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning schedule.
