- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer discounts, but I can only create a good estimate, going to the house and looking at the project, understanding the amount of material and how many days of work I will need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always pay a visit to work, talk to the client and seek to understand what the client is looking for, to offer a better renovation experience in their home.
