- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are fair and depending on event, there is no Set pricing as it all depends what look the client is looking to achieve.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First time customers will require a zoom meeting or pictures sent to go over expectations and pricing, there will be a form sent out inquiring about skin type and conditions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified 3 times and have taken several courses in specific areas to better serve my customers.
