Jerrick and Shawn were on time for our move, super professional, fast, courteous and kind. We had an issue with the assembly of our crib it wasn’t done properly and I honestly think Shawn was rushing. The job was estimated to take 3hours and it took 4.5hrs-5hrs due to the assembling and disassembling furniture. (Ikea furniture is the worse) when I notified Jerrick that the crib was wobbly he offered to come back the next day to fix because he was on another job but my baby needed a place to sleep so my husband fixed it properly. Other then that it was great!

I hired Quick & Ready for a few pieces of furniture removal that would have been too difficult for to do. My proposal response was immediate and the price was right. Rodney and Jerrick were very professional and were in and out my home in less than an hour. They called before they came and gave me an approximate tune of arrival. All in all a job well done. I plan on using their services for a small move.

I live in Louisville and had to empty out the Bronx apartment that my parents and sister lived in since 1967. The apartment was a mover’s nightmare. 19th floor of a twenty story building, crammed with furniture and stuff, with a long haul from the apartment to the elevator to the basement to a steep incline to the undersized loading dock. I decided to do the prep work by making small boxes and filling contractor bags so that the haulers could focus on disassembling beds and tables and moving out boxes and bags. I must have texted Jerrick every day over the size of the job and logistical difficulties. I had one day to get this move done, the day before the final apartment inspection and my return to Louisville. My 16-year old daughter and I spent five full days making 60 small boxes and 150 contractor bags full of clothes and mail and books and plants and pots and pans and dishes and old record albums and wheelchairs and stuff that had accumulated for over 20 years. Jerrick reassured me by text every day, “we got you.” And they did. Amazing work. They had the apartment empty in 3 hours. My experience is 5 out of 5 stars. Very reasonable pricing (lowest of 3 estimates I received), very professional and courteous staff, and they delivered what they promised, when they promised it, for the price they quoted. The job could not have gone more smoothly. I’m hoping to get them to come to Kentucky to do some work.
