Introduction: I'm a former lacrosse and cross country athlete. Though I found my true passion in training. Through years of experience I've learned how to train to obtain goals related to strength and power, as well as muscular endurance.  So whether your goals is to get stronger, or lose weight I'm well equipped to help you. From technique, to nutrition, and mobility it'll all be taught to you. I will coach you on nutrition, keep you accountable, and monitor your recovery efforts.  We'll develop strategies to prevent bad eatting habits.  Whatever you're goals are I'm there for you every step of the way.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer an intro package of two sessions at $29. This is an assessment, and a work out. Valued at $160.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We begin by discussing your goals, health history, and past experience with exercise. Our first session will consist of some movement screens and assessments and a light work out. With that information I develop a customized program based on your goals, current ability, and exercise preferences. You'll be given a intro packet explaining all the facets of the program, as well as access to a training app in which I send programs and track nutrition.

    11 years of training experience and ACE certified.
