Our house was resided by Gunner. Communications with the sales representative were timely and all questions were addressed. Once in communication with project manager the work proceeded as scheduled and was completed within the indicated timeframe. The construction crew cleaned up after work each day and more completed at the end of the project. All concerns were addressed.
Communications following the initial downpayment were lacking. Contact was made after the indicated start date and a delay of about 2 weeks explained. We followed up after the indicated delay with multiple phone, email and text messages over 4 days before installation work was scheduled. Care was taken with plants around the house, but plants along the route from back to front were trampled – monetary compensation was given for both plants and damage to a flowerpot.

Let me start by saying that normally dealing with contractors is a dreadful process. However Gunner Roofing makes it a seamless, smooth, and worry free process from beginning to end. I had my roofreplaced in which they actually provided a price quote remotely. Upon receiving their quote which was very comparable I requested a in person walkthrough to ensure my quote was accurate and without hidden cost. The quote remained the same throughout. From the first point of contact with personnel at Gunner Roofing to the close out walk through every single person was extremely pleasant and polite true professionals. This includes every workers on site who greeted me pleasantly. I cannot rave enough about the project manager Alex who energy, knowledge and calm demeanor was a sincere pleasure to work with on this project. Not only did they provide a remote quote with Ariel photos but they also provide you finance options which were interest free. So in other words Gunner Roofing leaves no stone unturned. They thought of and cover every step of the process making it seamless all while every single person you come in contact with treats you with the utmost respect and professionalism. We scheduled and had a rain day which presented no issue in the least. Gunner returned the next day and got right to it working in a manner leaving not a minute wasted. Their work is top notch and their warranties are top of the line. Having watched several neighbors roofing projects knowing my turn would come I cannot rave enough and highly recommend Gunner Roofing for any project. They also do siding and windows to which both projects I have on my to do list and have found my company as well as their financing is in line. Gunner was professional and punctual. Andrew came over to give me an accurate estimate for a new roof, measured with a drone. He also inspected the attic to see what if there are larger pieces of plywood to be replaced. Within days we were set, with Nick, our project manager assigned to us, dates, and colors picked out. Nick was there for us during the entire job to field any questions and to do a final walk around and inspection. These guys are pros and they make you feel at ease for such a big job. I highly recommend Gunner for your roofing needs.

I bought an old home and discovered after a couple of years I had little to no ventilation in my attic. After some research, I came across gunner roofing and thought I would give them a try. Eddie reached out to me right away, answering all my questions and made recommendations. He was very responsive even when I had follow up questions and patient. I was even more impressed how quickly everything was done, a week later! Had a ridge vent installed with matching shingles to make sure it blended in with my roof, in about 2 hours and cleaned up well. Overall great experience, thanks Eddie and everyone at Gunner Roofing!
