1. Typically, my process begins with either an email conversation or a Zoom call to ensure I know what is needed for quality and career advancement. 2. I perform the work. 3. I send the work back to my client for review. 4. Make any edits that are needed. 5. Complete the job.

I have a PhD in Organizational Development & Leadership.
