- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An in-person or over-the-phone meeting is critical to iron out the details of any project. I usually like to sit down and have a conversation with a potential client to get an understanding of what the service request entitles. If a conversation by phone or email is more convenient for you, i'm happy to accommodate that as well. From there we discuss pricing, dates, sign a contract, a deposit is put down and the service request is booked for the date of your choosing!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the New England Institute of Technology in 2007 with an Associates Degree in Video/Audio Production and later a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Recording Arts in 2010.
