I received a referral from a friend who found Lenardo’s Home Improvement on thumbtack and it honestly saved me the hassle of having to look for a contractor I can rely on. I reached out to Lenardo and he was very pleasant and professional. He made time and was able to come out to my home the next day and by the end of that day he sent me the estimate which I couldn’t refuse. I locked him in right away! A tree fell on my garage so it had to be torn down and rebuilt, they worked very quickly and within a week they were done! I asked Lenardo what other jobs he specialized in and he pretty much told me he did everything from building homes from scratch to any work needed inside the home. My husband and I decided to have him finish our basement and I could not be more pleased with the outcome! Lenardo took care of everything from pulling all required permits to picking up all required materials. Normally I keep any work I get done private but I had to give Lenardo’s Home Improvement a great review because they honestly deserve it! If I could give them 20 stars, believe me I would!

I made an appointment to have a shed installation quote done. Lenardo arrived on time completed the estimate and sent me a quote the same day. This was the third quote I had received on this job and found it to be fair and decided to hire Leonardo to build our shed and base. We agreed upon a price for the job and scheduled a time to complete it. Leonardo arrived on time and began construction of the shed, unfortunately, we found what I believed to have been a prefabricated shed I purchased at Lowes was not and he had to completely stick build it After discussion we determined that there would be an additional cost due to the amount of additional time that would be required to complete the job. Once we agreed on the additional cost, he completed the job in one full day and was very patient with me as I had several items that I had to retrieve from the hardware store that I had not previously purchased. Lenardo stayed later than he had planned which I was extremely grateful for. The shed came out "Fantastic", just as we had hoped both my girlfriend and I were extremely pleased with the overall product. Hiring Lenardo as your contractor should be a no brainer. Thank you Lenardo, for your strong work ethic and professionalism. I will most definitely use him in the future.

I highly recommend Lenardo’s Home Improvement. I was looking for someone to build a 1,200 sq ft addition to my home and I reached out to a few different contractors who gave me quotes that were extremely high! I met with Lenardo, I gave him the blueprint of exactly what I wanted and he came back with a reasonable quote that was right on my budget. Hiring him and his team was the best thing I ever did! They exceeded way above my expectations and I was extremely happy about the results of my new addition!
