- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It always depends on how big the house , how often and what need to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to see the house that need cleaning for proper quotes. I will present a new customer with the check list of things that I do, then we talk about the customer need and wants.If new customer agrees on price and how often she/he wants the service then I come and do my magic.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have plenty of hands on experience.
