Never responded to the original message so had to reschedule. Then called me to ask for all of the information I already put in thumbtack. Was very disorganized. Then told me that I was too far away and it would have to be a big job if they were going to come even though they say my address is an area they service.
Overall they made this far more difficult than it needed to be and wasted 2 days that I could have been connecting with other providers.
