I'm sorry to have to write a bad review. I don't know how this man is with other services he may offer. He may be good with those so take this review with a grain of salt so to speak. But as a furniture hauler taking away a sofa bed he's not equipped. He showed up alone a day after he had said he would to take away a 150 lbs Jennifer Convertible sofa bed which was the first mistake. (Note I had posted pictures of the sofa to be removed). I was not able to lift such a heavy thing which is why I hired people (plural). There is damage to my home now from having to drag this huge furniture outside; a hole in my living room wall, the banister was scraped and the paint on the front porch, as well the front steps wood being scraped and indented. I tried to help at one point and hurt my back. The man is nice enough but I have learned a big lesson to check on the exact circumstances next time and make sure two guys are coming so they can lift not drag the furniture out.
