Nailza did a great job. She went above and beyond. I was expecting just for a clean, but she ended up adding on a lot of reorganizing, too. My place was pretty dirty, so she really worked hard. It was so nice to come back to such a clean space.

Nailza did a fantastic jobwith cleaning the apartment. she came the next da and took care of paint marks left on the floor by a painter. Te person living in the apartment is very happy with the cleaning. My only constructive feedback would be for Nailza to set the price once and upfront , not changing it after cleaning. Thumbtack showed $89 estimate for 2 bed, 1 bath unit. She looked at photos and we negotiated $120. She look at the place in person and said $150 and after all the cleaning she asked $200 whch I negotiated to $180. Great cleaning job but please make sure you don't change the price around. I was nice and didn't give her a har time but not everyone will be dealing in such a way (and rightfully so!)
