Mike and his team are amazing. After a great experience with exterior painting on a rental duplex last year, we hired RAKZ for interior painting on the same dwelling. This was an extremely challenging project, involving scheduling and working around the needs of the residents, one with significant health issues. Mike and team displayed outstanding sensitivity to the residents' needs and desires and worked their butts off to meet an aggressive schedule and minimize disruption to the residents. The residents expressed deep appreciation for Mike's and crew's consideration and professionalism. When we discovered unexpected tiling, plumbing and ceiling issues on the second day of the project, Mike pivoted quickly, called in a respected plumbing subcontractor, replaced some rotted framing and got both bathrooms restored at a reasonable cost WITHOUT JEOPARDIZING THE SCHEDULE. I regularly got calls from Mike, still on-site at 9 or 10pm local time, making sure the work was done well and on time, and taking good care of the tenants. Managing these kinds of projects remotely is difficult and stressful, but working with Mike was great. The key ingredient was the level of trust that we felt in Mike and his team. We will happily work with Mike and the RAKZ team again and strongly recommend his work!

They did a very thorough job and ensured that all taping and mudding was done as well as the painting. I am very happy with the work they provided and the quick, professional manner that they conducted themselves. I will be using them again on future projects. Excellent job!
