- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From start to finish I'm there til the job is completed. I like to ask the customer for input on there project because in the end they will enjoy it more. Then I follow up two weeks later to make sure their questions and or concern are taking care of in a timely manner.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing landscaping mowing lawn when I was younger for friends and neighbors.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Have there idea written down on paper so that we can plan their project together which in turn make a better project with a satisfied customer.
