On behalf of the Del Carmine family of Waterbury, CT., I would like to offer a letter of commendation for Arnold's Masonry and Construction LLC of Waterbury, CT., for the work they performed at our primary home’s front entrance walk-way and stairs in Waterbury, CT. Arnold’s Masonry and Construction performed the above work with the highest level of professionalism, workmanship, attention to detail and quality along with always a focus of meeting customer expectation. Their work included the entire excavation and rebuilding of our homes entire walk-way and stairs entrance, which included several types of bricks, stone boarders, cement fillings and decorative stone walk-way diverse installations. The work was performed right on schedule each and every day. In addition to the masonry work performed, there work was always performed in a safe and courteous manner while fulfilling our personal customer schedules. Arnold’s Masonary and Construction not only exceeded our preliminary walk-way and stairs design expectation, but also provided excellent recommendations along the way in finalizing what we feel is a perfect “work of art”. It was our pleasure to work with the members of their team and would recommend their work, quality and expertise to anyone in need of masonry and construction work of any type. Lastly and an important project line item, the price was extremely fair and favorable in comparison to other company submitted estimates. I have not yet gone forward with our project, but to this point so far has been a pleasure to work with. Great communication, goes above and beyond, generous with his time, good pricing, and the examples of work he has done look very nice. I look forward to completing our project.
