I liked all five values about working with Chapter Moving Company LLC, it only lets me select three - work quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value, and punctuality. Let me tell you something: we had a last-minute opportunity to get a used piano from nearly 50 miles away. I thought it was a long shot when I contacted them the night before. David and Mike were the quickest to respond, professional about communicating pricing, and did the job IDEALLY. They FaceTimed with me to show me the product ahead of time, they carefully delivered and placed the item, they were friendly and very good with communication. I would suggest them in a heartbeat for anything big you need to move. I'll definitely be using them myself again when we need the help!
