I was having so many problems with my computer and I was referred to Sean. I had such a great experience with him - he ran some diagnostics to figure out the problem and he told me exactly what needed to be done. He didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need (like so many other techs have) but instead he gave me recommendations to save money in the future with my system. He did a great job and was very fair in his pricing. (Especially compared to other companies I looked into). He was pleasant and professional and I was pleased with my experience. Loved the immediate response and level of comfort with Sean. I cringe to call IT because most aren't personable but the experience was great.

After having a problem with my computer today, I posted it on thumbtack for a technicians response. Sean almost immediately replied to my post and, after conversing with him, he was decent enough to advise me that my problem was non-resolvable and therefor saving me an additional expense of trying more expensive fixes. I would definitely call on him again in the future. Thank you Sean.
