I'm so glad I found them! Lucy came and introduced me to my designated cleaner and she did the first cleaning today. The house smells so good and she did so much more than what I expected. I hope they get many customers and I'll definitely spread the word because they deserve it.

Lucy did an amazing job cleaning our home. We just moved in and the house was quite dirty and required some deeper cleaning and a lot of details. Lucy did a quick walk-through and got right to work. She did a meticulous job cleaning all of the little details and really went above and beyond. Every room in the house looks spotless. She was timely and very responsive as well. We absolutely recommend Lucy and cannot wait to work with her again!

Lucy and her Team went above and beyond for their initial clean of my home. It had been over a month and I have multiple pets. They spent over 6 hours working and this home was now show quality ready and I'm not even selling the house :) I would highly recommend her services to anyone who is tired of a "regular cleaning" because this was stellar and we already set up a permanent schedule going forward

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every house and every family is different. An apartment of one bedroom, one bathroom a small kitchen and living room, one person living, no pets will cost about $100, which is going to be very different from a 4-bedroom house with pets and a family of 6. That's why it's important to fill out the form we made especially for this in our website, so the family hiring us have and we have a better idea since the beginning if we're a good fit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we're contacted, we take a few steps to know the best way we can help our customers. We ask them to fill out a form that gives us a better idea of their needs and the customer an idea of how much the work would cost for them. This way, we set up a quick virtual visit (or in-person, if requested) to see the place and meet the customer, starting a great relationship from the beginning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been doing this work since 2008 and have been renewing our training every year. New techniques of cleaning and new ideas are always welcome. Besides this, we take classes on how to manage this kind of business to grow and serve customers the best way, aside our many years of experience.
