We are also taking extra safety measures, including regularly sanitizing equipment, using gloves or hand sanitizer throughout the move, and even practicing social distancing with our teams and customers where possible. All Abode & Beyond employees are currently required to wear face masks whenever they are in a customer’s home or business. We make a point of communicating with you through every step of the way. You will receive text updates when appointments are scheduled and when our specialists are on their way. We provide Moving and Junk Removal services throughout Connecticut and the surrounding areas. Junk Removal: When our specialists arrive on site, you can either point out the items to be removed or we can give you color coded stickers to identity which items you would like removed and/or which you would like to keep. For items inside of your home, we put protective padding around any walls or doorways and then use our electric stair climbing hand trucks to safely remove them. We then load the items marked for removal into the truck and take everything back to our warehouse to be sorted for donations and recycling. We try to reuse as much as possible of the items that we remove.
