I met Dylan during a gala in a Reston. He played great music and kept everyone engaged and upbeat. I got an opportunity to speak with him and he knows how to balance the energy of the crowd so that it does not overwhelm the crowd. He has been playing since 2009 which really shows!

We hired Dylan to perform at my 50th birthday party and all of our guests raved about his music! He helped to create the perfect vibe for a fun and festive night. Dylan is also a kind, nice human being, as he went out of his way to allow our high school senior to perform several songs with him and talked with him about music schools, including offering to schedule a call at another date to help him if needed. Booking was a seamless process and Dylan was an excellent communicator about the event details and timing-- he showed up early, was dressed to impress, performed all of the songs we asked for (and MORE!)--an overall Pro! Just wish we had another party coming up to hire him again!

I offer custom quotes to fit the precise requests of your event
(sound system, wireless mic for speaking and lights can be included in my rate)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tell me the details of your event, I'll send you a custom quote with options. You choose the option you like best. I send over a contract with a retainer, we both sign and that's it! The event is yours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Professional Music degree from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. I studied performance with James Taylor's brother, Livingston, sat in private masterclasses with John Mayer and had John Mayer's guitar teacher as my own private instructor. Since then I've performed over 1,500 live shows across the country from intimate candlelit dinners to beach weddings to backyard parties to huge stages and crowds of thousands.
