Jay is an enthusiastic, encouraging and knowledgable trainer. He has the ability to make you work extremely hard, while being supportive and making you feel completely comfortable. He also takes the time to ensure that you're not only safely exercising with proper form, but also explains how everything in your body works together and what muscle groups are important for each exercise. He's approachable, always available for advice on fitness an nutrition and puts in an extreme effort to accommodate his clients schedules. In the gym, on the track, at the park--Jay keeps things exciting by mixing up locations and routines. You'll never do the exact same thing twice and with his support, you will defy expectations. I never want to skip a workout and l look forward to his group classes as well. With Jay it's no nonsense and also fun--and there's always great music, of course. He finds the perfect balance between friend and trainer, and doesn't let you go easy on yourself. He's primarily the reason why I didn't want to move to another part of the city! To put it simply, working with Jay is like hitting the trainer jackpot.

This may be the best investment you can make in yourself. Jay’s workouts are intense, you will feel results, you will see results and other will see the results too. Seriously he is that good! This man lives, breathes and eats fitness. Of course, you do have to do the work. You have to stay focused on what your goals are. So if you are serious about living a healthy lifestyle, and looking hot while doing it, Jay IS your man. I have been with him for more than two years and as far as personal training goes, he is top notch. His knowledge level and his true understanding of the physical mechanics of the human body is demonstrated in his ability to train and motivate clients of varying levels. One of Jay’s qualities that truly makes him the best at what he does is he is empathic. He truly cares about his "athletes" and takes the time to get to know them. He knows exactly how to get me pumped when I need a little extra push, like the right song at the right moment lol I appreciate most is that he changes things up - there isn't a "set routine" - your body doesn't get "used to" working out with him and plateau because he's always changing it up and pushing you in just the way you need to be pushed. Jay keeps in regular contact between session with texts and emails to keep me motivated and on track! I could go on and on but I think you get the picture. If you want the best personal trainer and you want results it's a no brainer, Jay is the trainer you want.

Jay Morgan is without exaggerating the BEST personal trainer I have ever worked with! I started working out with Jay about 2 years ago; back than I was a heavy smoker and I was the most unathletic person you can imagine! With the amazing guidance and professionalism of Jay Morgan I lost over 30 pounds and about 10% body fat within the first year (could have never done it without him!). I couldn’t do a single push up or a single pull up – now both exercises are part of my regular routine!! Jay Morgan changed my life in so many ways it is unbelievable; I can't even put it in words!!! I never thought I could become the person I am today!! His workouts are challenging and fun; if I ever have to miss a session or class I HATE it!! I always look forward to it! He truly cares about every single client, even after your session is finished; he is available 24/7 for advice on fitness on nutrition (TRUE fact!!). He lives for and loves his job! Jay is an outstanding trainer. As a former Division 1 College Athlete I feel as though I'm back with my team training when I go to bootcamp classes. Not only am I challenged each and every day physically with the workouts he gives us, but I know I have another family to always have my back. Jay has never given us a workout that is the same as another one in the entire year I've been training with him, which is quite impressive! He is constantly changing the exercises, the layout and structure of the workout, and the space in which the workout takes place to ensure it never gets old! Everyone who joins the bootcamp class is motivated to become a better athlete and a better person. Also, Jay is extremely motivating when it comes to nutrition and accountability. He helps create individual plans that fit each client's lifestyle. I look forward to my bootcamp classes and on days where work is grueling, I know I can count on bootcamp classes to pick up my spirits. The people in the classes push me just as much as Jay and it's an amazing level of accountability that keeps us all motivated to be better.
