- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our packages start at $250 for 4 hours, depending on the number of items (full soft play set, bounce house, ball pit, etc.). 1 item is $250, 2 items $375, 3 items $500 and so forth (price-list with items can be provided). We also have add-ons that you can add to your package based on your party needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an interest form and conversation to go over all your party details, check availability, go over pricing/budget, and secure booking deposit. Once booked, we maintain open communication with you going to ensure everything goes amazing and your party is one to remember.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My husband and I talked about starting our company in 2021. After having our daughter in we decided to start purchasing the equipment. We decided to do a test run at her 1st birthday party and it was a huge hit. The kids really enjoyed the soft play and bounce house - the parents were immediately interested. A few months after her party, we launched Amara’s Playroom 🎈
