I can’t say enough great things about this business. Jade was very responsive by email and helped me to customize my package to get exactly what I wanted for my daughter’s birthday. On party day, Jade and her husband Tyrone arrived early to set up and everytime I looked out the window, I saw Jade perfecting what seemed to be an already perfect set up. I could tell that she really cares about providing her clients with the best product. When I went outside to look at the final result, I was in awe! It was better than I expected! She really personalized it to match our party theme, down to the vinyl on the ball pit and the colors of the balls. The kids loved it! We didn’t need any other activity as they stayed in the soft play area for hours, leaving only to grab a bite and quickly return. I look forward to working with Jade and Tyrone again for my next event!

Jade & Tyrone were amazing! Found them on fb marketplace and was so pleased with the fast communication. They were super straightforward and always answered my questions. We booked them for my son’s first birthday party. They came on time and set everything up quickly. The material of the soft play was well taken care of and clean. All the kids loved it. It was great for them to be distracted and super safe. All the kids were under 3yrs.
They are super affordable and came to Burke, VA to set up. I would 100% book them again! Definitely recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our packages start at $250 for 4 hours, depending on the number of items (full soft play set, bounce house, ball pit, etc.). 1 item is $250, 2 items $375, 3 items $500 and so forth (price-list with items can be provided).
We also have add-ons that you can add to your package based on your party needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an interest form and conversation to go over all your party details, check availability, go over pricing/budget, and secure booking deposit.
Once booked, we maintain open communication with you going to ensure everything goes amazing and your party is one to remember.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My husband and I talked about starting our company in 2021. After having our daughter in we decided to start purchasing the equipment.
We decided to do a test run at her 1st birthday party and it was a huge hit. The kids really enjoyed the soft play and bounce house - the parents were immediately interested. A few months after her party, we launched Amara’s Playroom 🎈
