Introduction
What makes my work really stand out is that I've been there myself. I've successfully navigated a large law firm, on partner-track, with two young children who I picked up from school everyday. I've taken the plunge and left that large firm (and large paycheck) to work with entrepreneurs, angel investors, and start-ups. And when that wasn't the right fit, I found what was. I've learned from all aspects of my career, and have found an outlet to both help professional and be inspired by them. I pride myself on being a true professional but also being approachable, inviting, and fun. I love being able to help, support and advance professional women as they carve their individual paths in both their careers and their personal lives.

I found Parachute Coaching quite serendipitously and I feel incredibly fortunate that I did. When I started working with Lauren, I was miserable in my job. It was emotionally draining, and I felt trapped. I needed someone to help me focus my energy and get the work done well, and fast! Lauren did just that! She helped me identify the positive aspects of my current situation (however bad it seemed to me) and she skillfully guided me to pursue new career opportunities that more directly align with my values and goals. Just like an athletic coach, Lauren found my strengths and "trained" me to develop those, while being aware of potential weaknesses and obstacles I created for myself. It is a gift to be able to do that! I am thrilled to say that within weeks (literally) I accepted an amazing position at a company I have been following for years. In addition, Lauren helped me discover ways in which I create my own obstacles and we developed strategies to prevent that in the future. Lauren is a true source of support -- responding quickly to emails and making herself available as needed, recognizing the anxiety of career transitions. However, the most important thing for me is that we have trust, trust that she truly cares about my success, and is a true advocate for me. Trust does not come easy to me and having that with Lauren is invaluable. However, she keeps me on my toes and challenges me constantly. She definitely doesn't let me get away with anything! I look forward to my sessions with Lauren and highly recommend Parachute Coaching to anyone needing help with a goal, career-related or not.

I found coaching with Lauren to be invaluable. I looked forward to each and every session. Parachute Coaching is not based on a "one-size-fits-all" model. Because Lauren is a dynamic, thoughtful and incredibly bright individual, I would recommend Lauren and Parachute Coaching to anyone. As a young professional, Lauren helped me quell my various anxieties by helping me focus and giving me invaluable perspective. It may sound simple, but Lauren truly helped me organize my thoughts and my actions in order to accomplish my various goals. After our first couple sessions, I found that I wanted to talk to her about more than what I initially had in mind. I wanted Lauren's perspective and guidance on just about everything. She's positive, organized, composed, dynamic and very wise. Her professional and personal experiences allowed her to share thoughtful and particularly relevant advice that was targeted to my needs. As someone who never thought they would hire a life coach, I am thoroughly pleased with my decision to do so. Lauren is fantastic, and I am very grateful for her coaching services.

I began working with Lauren after hearing about her from a friend that was making a career transition. I could tell from our first phone call that she was not only very smart and eloquent but she understood where I wanted to go with my career and why I was frustrated with my current job. It took me about three minutes in to our conversation to know that I wanted to work with her. I have been in the same industry for six years and have always felt that it was the wrong fit for me. However, it was lucrative, safe and respected by my family and friends so I stayed down the path a lot longer than I maybe should have. Lauren is coaching me through this process of understanding what I really want employment-wise and allowing me to understand how I ended up in a place where I felt completely unfulfilled and stuck. While I've had many friends and family try to help me figure out what I wanted to do, Lauren is able to push me to open my mind and think outside the box. She is allowing me to see that the opportunities are endless! I am at the beginning of my journey with Lauren but I am confident that I couldn't have made these changes without her!
