Arrived on time. Explained the plan. I have a two year old so my furniture was disgusting from food and juice stains. My couch looks brand new. All this old hard stains are gone. I am static and will be a return customer!! I like that he sent a video of the dirty water from the extraction. Shows how much dirt was removed.

Durand arrived on time and got straight to work. My couch had urine stains from my toddler having accidents when sleeping on the couch. It also had juice and marker stains as well. Couch looks and smells brand new!
