My puppy has marked up the house. I am glad I did this- what a professional, courteous, proactive company. He helped me take care of the areas that I found, and when we uncovered more, I arranged to have him take care of those and a few other areas of the house that could use a deeper rug clean and refresh. The equipment is surprisingly silent- I was expecting it to sound like an airport. My only regret at this point is not taking care of this earlier. So glad I chose Durand and Shiny Style!

Durand clean carpet in my main bedroom. He was very efficient: communicate effectively before arriving, then did a clean efficient yet fast job. He was flexible with moving slightly the bedframe and other light furniture to be able to work under it. Great work and communication, strongly recommend.

Excellent service and a great job cleaning the carpet in my home. Very polite and professional. The service was efficient, and Durand helped me understand the condition of my carpet, especially in certain areas where the carpet was badly stained since it’s old.
