Cleaned my 20 year old rug beautifully. This is regular way of carept cleaning - no fancy foam etc. So you did need time for it to dry. Because he had to work so hard on ours, it took a bit longer to dry. Got rid of numerous animal and drink stains and the SMELL. Ty so much.

Arrived on time. Explained the plan. I have a two year old so my furniture was disgusting from food and juice stains. My couch looks brand new. All this old hard stains are gone. I am static and will be a return customer!! I like that he sent a video of the dirty water from the extraction. Shows how much dirt was removed.

As everyone has said, Durand is excellent. He exceeded my expectations in cleaning a pee stained area rug and was very honest about another area rug that he suggested not be cleaned because of the material. My stairs and bedrooms were given a new life and I’m grining ear to ear about the economic price I was given. What really impressed me was he was able to lift a stain that a previous carpet cleaner could not—which is why I didn’t call that person back (see before and after pics below). I definitely plan to use him in the future. He was also punctual and responsive, but Thumbtack only allows you to choose 3 items!
