These guys were all about business! They came to my home on a Monday evening (of all days!) and got right to work. They were professional, courteous, punctual, and reasonably priced. Cleaned my 20 year old rug beautifully. This is regular way of carept cleaning - no fancy foam etc. So you did need time for it to dry. Because he had to work so hard on ours, it took a bit longer to dry. Got rid of numerous animal and drink stains and the SMELL. Ty so much.

As everyone has said, Durand is excellent. He exceeded my expectations in cleaning a pee stained area rug and was very honest about another area rug that he suggested not be cleaned because of the material. My stairs and bedrooms were given a new life and I’m grining ear to ear about the economic price I was given. What really impressed me was he was able to lift a stain that a previous carpet cleaner could not—which is why I didn’t call that person back (see before and after pics below). I definitely plan to use him in the future. He was also punctual and responsive, but Thumbtack only allows you to choose 3 items!
