Rob the Chief absolutely exceeded all expectations tonight. He didn’t just cook dinner for me and my girl, he created a whole experience. From the moment the food hit the table, you could tell it was made with passion, skill, and real attention to detail. Every dish was seasoned to perfection, cooked just right, and packed with flavor. The presentation was clean, professional, and looked like something straight out of a five-star restaurant. What stood out the most was how he turned a regular night into something memorable. Great food has a way of bringing people together, and Rob did exactly that. The vibe was perfect, the energy was love, and every bite had us talking about how good it was. Enjoyed working with Robert for catering my mother's birthday party. He initiated conversation quickly after my inquiry - was met with enthusiasm and passion for his craft. He was great with communicating leading up to event, accommodating the menu for my guests with special request, making great suggestions for substitutes, + working within my budget. The day of the event, he was a bit tardy - luckily my party was easy going and the food ended up being well worth the wait. Robert and his team member set up quickly, and talked the guests through items on the menu. Every single person raved about the wonderful flavors of the dishes. Though everyone ate plenty, we had many leftovers for guests to take a plate (or two!) home, thanks to generous portions. Would certainly hire him again! Highly recommended!
