As Executive Chef and Founder of Talk of Di Town Catering, my focus is to encourage innovation and originality – all while providing FUN and FLAVORFUL experience to our clients. From the latest trends in event catering to functional tips for food displays, we provide creative menu choices to our clients. We offer a variety of food with distinct flavor. This is what makes us, the "Talk Of Di Town.” While I am new to using Thumbtack, my staff and I are very experienced in private event catering. My passion stems from an early age creating dishes and engaging customers in the hotel industry at 17 years old in Hilton Head, South Carolina. After earning a bachelor’s degree from Johnson and Whales University in Food Service Management and Business, I went on to train and manage food service staff at restaurants in the United States, Europe, and the Caribbean. Another thing that makes us “The Talk Of Di Town” – our clients love the diversity in the food we offer. Along with catering company, we attend summer wine festivals in the MD, DC, and Virginia area where we prepare food on site from our Caribbean menu.
