The person i dealt with over the email and text extremely polite, professional and well mannered. They need to invest on better video cameras, video graphers and editors. Also someone to review the work before it's released to the client. For the first 3 hours i thought they were guests and were just filming on their own personal camera and smart phone. I was panicking that the video people which i hired didn't show up until my brother was like no this is the professional video company not guests :) I am still grateful to whatever they provided because they did capture memorable moments but need lots of work to make it presentable, i be spending more money to find someone to edit so it's presentable to the audience.
