My name is Kofi, and I’m new to Thumbtack Pro for personal training - I’ve actually been using this platform for photography for a couple years, but now I’m bringing my true passion here! I’ve been a personal trainer for 8 years, specializing in weight loss, corrective exercise, muscle toning, and overall general wellness. I’m located in the Southwest DC area and have a genuine passion for helping people reach their goals. I offer flexible training options - I can travel to your home or you can come to my gym in Southwest DC. I’m always open to a Zoom call, video call, or phone call before we meet so I can get to know you better and understand exactly what you need and how I can help. While my ********* doesn’t show much of my personal training style yet, I have plenty of workout videos I can share with you, plus I use professional apps like Trainerize to keep my clients engaged and track progress.
