Jimmie was exceptional in helping with my rodent issue at my condo! He arrived on time, was extremely personable (and asked me about my dog and showed me pictures of his!) and was communicative about what he was doing and how to fix the issue I was having, as well as explaining why previous attempts had been failing due to improper materials and missed holes that needed patching. After the assessment, he generously offered to get started right away on patching holes with sheet metal and once done gave me tips on what to look out for and what I should be cognizant of for when to call back under my warranty for a second visit. It is still only a day later, but I feel very confident in his work and am looking forward to not seeing mice in my kitchen! Thanks again Jimmie!!

We have had a nice issue for over 5 years and reached out to 3 exterminators including Orkin who charged over $1200 for a years contract and the issue didn't get resolved. Private Pest Detective came in 1 time and I have not seen mice since.
