My name is Shirley Maus, owner of Discover 22 Advertising in Mt. Prospect, IL. I was introduced to Jennifer Andos in the Fall of 2001, at which time she began to produce all of the ads that are processed from our agency. Along with simple ad production, Jennifer designed several collateral pieces that I presented to prospective customers. Based on her creativity and understanding of the job and what was needed by the clients, I was able to bring on many new clients. Our agency is heavily involved in recruitment advertising, which has a weekly turnaround. That creates a very quick turnaround of ads, with deadlines that are extremely demanding. Some days 2 ads are produced and on others, 10 ads may need to get to the publication. Not only do the ads have to be produced quickly, but also they have to be produced perfectly to the customers satisfaction with precise mechanical requirements. Jennifer has always been able to perform these duties perfectly, on time and correctly. More recently, Jennifer has worked on projects for us such as billboards, website design and development, and a press kit for a budding author. She also has excellent business acumen which is very difficult to find in a creative person. She gets the bottom line and knows how to deliver results. I truly enjoy working with Jennifer. Not only is she professional and creative, she is a lot of fun to work with.
