- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge per sf./sy. for flooring. We charge per hr. , flat rate, by item for moving. We charge per hr. or per job for handyman services. In any case different circumstances require different pricing pending on condition of job. We work with all our customers and stay completely within their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we find out what a customer is looking for, we provide all options available for that particular job to the customer. If we are providing floors we bring samples to the customer or they can come to our warehouse. If we are providing a move we visit the home, inspect all furniture, go in detail with customer the process of their move. If we are providing handyman services we visit the customer and examine what it is they are looking to do . Provide different options or explain the process on what it is we are doing. Our main concern when dealing with a new customer is providing them with an accurate estimate and giving an outstanding job well done !
