I've owned several rental properties in Washington, DC for over a decade, and hiring this general contractor was the best decision I’ve made for my portfolio. He handled full gut renovations on multiple buildings — everything from demo to framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, tile, windows, and high-end finishes. Every project was delivered on time, on budget, and with the kind of attention to detail you rarely see in this industry.
Since the renovations, tenant satisfaction has gone way up and maintenance calls have gone way down — because everything was done right the first time. He now manages the ongoing maintenance for all my rentals, but frankly, there’s not much to do because the quality of work has been rock solid.
