- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know each other and what the client envisions for the event. Meeting with them at the walk through of the venue if we haven't been there before and talking over any concerns and requests and anything else that needs to be addressed with the client. Always being available to talk about the event via phone or email. And my favorite. Working the event and taking pleasure in the smiles we bring to the client and their audience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of the members of the ensemble are alumni of the prestigious Duke Ellington School of the Arts in D.C. As well as further pursuing the perfection of their craft at some of the most recognizable music schools in the east coast such as The Peabody Conservatory, Temple University, Eastman School of Music, George Mason and VCU Arts.
