- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and transparent. I have a 2 hour minimum fee as most service providers have when they come out. This covers travel cost to and from. So whether it takes 20 minutes or 2 hours I'm sure you will be completely satisfied with the work or diagnoses for you issues. I do have a senior citizens discount of 15%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is fairly simple. Introduce myself and find out what is needed, quote, schedule and complete the task. Hassle Free!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Watching my grandfather repair and build anything from basically nothing. This showed me how to save and appreciate everything and that a little bit of TLC could remedy most things.
