What a heaven send! My carpet looked AND smelled horrible with pet stains and dirt! After he finished, the stains and smells were gone…even the next day - no smells or stains!

Very responsive through the app in setting up the cleaning service and quoting and getting details on the job and cost. Service was prompt and well done for the value. It was very little communication during or after the job pictures were promised, but none were provided other than a picture of trash left behind. I had to follow up to get an invoice and payment instructions and go collect the trash.

While , they did a good job initially cleaning I had two issues with the service. 1) they tried to charge me more after the cleaning was done even though we had agreed on a price was able to negotiate down, but still ended up paying more than we had agreed upon. 2) once I had a tenant move into my unit. They told me the garbage disposal was not working and so when I went over to check it out, it turns out that the Cleaners had thrown a bunch of inorganic plastic material down, which then damage the garbage disposal. So that cost me quite a bit of money I would avoid them.

Good morning when you tell me how much I gave price but you offer lees price when we get to the apartment we will take more time because customers tell place is not dirty etc and about your disposal we didn’t damage if you have tenants you must to check disposal Before we arriving and is not my fault have a nice day
