I had a serious paper jam with my HP Laserjet 1300 printer, which was feeding multiple sheets into the rollers. He fixed the jam promptly and efficiently, and he gave me some tips on what had gone wrong and could go wrong in the future. Then--he charged me less than the price he'd originally quoted even though the job took well over an hour to complete. I'm thoroughly pleased. A very professional piece of work.
Technician quickly determined my options (replace my printer -- he had scoped out some options in this regard -- or have him repair it. I chose the latter and he did so within the budget proposed, obtaining the necessary parts and instaqlling them. The printer now works perfectly. The technician was very friendly and open.

I purchased a new HP computer and found I was not able to set it up. I called John. He answered immediately and came right away. He connected my old printer, speakers, and monitor. He configured the software and drivers to make everything work. He set up security and used my old hard drive to back up my system automatically. I would call him again in a minute if I have any more computer problems. His personal touch is much better than holding the phone for "tech support." His "in home help" saved my day!!! I trust him over well meaning friends who think they know computers.

I hired Charles after reading his profile. Impressed enough with his credentials. He installed a Canon PIXMA MG6600 wireless printer which I could not understand how to. Turns out, the printer was defective, and Charles had to come out for a second trip to complete the installation. But he handled EVERYTHING including talking to Canon tech support (the second printer came with a printer head part that should have been installed) and he even boxed up and sent the first printer back for me. He was extremely helpful in showing me how to operate the printer, and answered all my questions too. Even showed me a few tricks as well. The price was VERY reasonable. I am so pleased I found him. Nice to know I have a dependable knowledgeable computer except I can call for all my computer problems. You would be EXTREMELY wise to hire him!
