Darren provided an excellent service. From the booking process until he left, every interaction with him was highly professional. He arrived punctually. Completed all tasks with great care. Darren was very responsive all the way from the inquiry, booking to service date/time. On site he was able to ask questions and mitigate any issues with the project in order to get the job done. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to Covid-19, rising prices such as gas, and removal fees, with transfer stations lockdown junk removal has become difficult which increases the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically keep a close contact with my customers, set up a date, time, and location. Once we have a scheduled appointment then I follow through by completing the task.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Throughout my years I help people move things and it became quite natural to assist someone if needed. I recently start working professionally as a mover before deciding to start my own company a few months ago.
