Introduction: So often, we get bogged down in the “doing” aspect of life - checking things off of a list, completing a task just to say that we did it, or worse, doing something because we feel obligated to. But what if we could focus more on who we are “being” in life? What if we showed up from a place of purpose, rather than obligation? A place of love, instead of fear? What if we were able to push past the overwhelm of life and greet challenges with clear understanding, patience, and a lack of self-doubt? Through coaching, we can do just that.
I use an ontological coaching method that focuses on your being - who you truly are at your best, what you want to create for your life, how you show up in the world, and the survival mechanisms that often get in the way of you accomplishing what you want.
