My goal is to help you re-imagine your life going forward. Unlike a typical life coach I am also a clinical therapist and can assess at a cognitive level which may provide more insight for you. I provide coaching with the principles of clinical mental and behavioral health, management consulting, and other disciplines to provide holistic treatment to clients. My work is executed on a variety of topics including improving moods, anxiety, life skills, wellness, motivation, executive functioning, and other areas of concern. No matter where we begin, we work together and your journey is based on the steps you choose to take. Natasha does an amazing job of listening and helping me explore my behaviors and emotions. She’s mastered her craft and drops “gems” effortlessly. We would meet for a free consultation to identify what you are seeking to accomplish working collaboratively with me. If you decide to move forward, I will send you the informed consent form that outlines your rights and expectations as a client. You will then schedule the initial assessment session at your convenience that allows us to explore more of what we will work on for your desired outcomes.
