I needed to have an immediate lock change because my front door lock was broken as well as the storm door handles and I could not go to sleep with the front door unlocked especially with 3 children in bed. I called MacArthur Locks & Doors. They answered the phone right away and arrived within the time frame I was told. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He did not waste any time in fixing my front door lock. I opted to change to a keypad lock which he had on his truck. He took his time to explain it to me and how it works. He also saved me money by fixing my storm door handles without having to replace them. Thank you MacArthur Locks & Doors for a superb job and for not taking advantage and selling me new handles!
