We had a great experience with Sam over the summer while preparing our kids for 6th and 3rd grade. He is patient, kind, and very good at adapting his teaching style to each childs individual needs and learning level.Both of our kids really enjoy the way he teaches and have even commented that he explains math in a way that is easier for them to understand than what they are used to in school. He takes the time to make sure they understand the concepts rather than simply moving on, and his personalized approach has helped make math more enjoyable for them.He has also been very flexible with scheduling, especially when given advance notice, which has been incredibly helpful for our family during a busy summer.Weve been very pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend him to other families looking for a patient, knowledgeable, and personable math tutor. We hope to continue working with him throughout the school year as needed.

Sam is a great tutor. He is professional, organized, and patient! His notes are neat and easy to follow along. I am heading into my senior year of college and I needed to take summer courses for fall pre reqs. I took pre calc and calc with him this summer, and met with Sam 2 days a week. He wants you to learn the material and works with you if you are struggling. I ended up with an A- in pre calc and I currently have an A- in calc which ends next week, thanks to Sam. I would highly recommend hiring him.
